I am a Personal Trainer Specialist, Yoga Teacher and a fitness enthusiast!
My passion is to help people change their lives in the simplest and most realistic way possible.
I believe everyone deserves the right to good health and to be happy with themselves inside and out.
Growing up I was always active, tried several sports, but my real love was basketball, that I kept active with after my 30s, when I suffered a knee injury.
And that was the beginning of where I am today, because that injury steered me towards yoga and made me fall in love with it.
It helped me regain my mobility, I found a lot of enjoyment in the functional fitness moves and exercises based on the yoga poses, and I ended up meeting Vik on a session and as they say, ‘The rest is history’ (check out Our Story here).
At the same time, I started doing my own workouts at home, but without structure and real understanding, I didn’t get far with the results.
So now that I have the knowledge, I want to help people find the best option for them and not letting them settle for something they think is good, but they don’t find any enjoyment in.
Of course, every kind of movement is good, but some are more effective than others, and every person has different needs.
I believe hard work, patience and commitment is the key to reach your goal, and if it doesn’t challenge you it won’t change you. But that doesn’t mean your exercise routine can’t be fun.
I’ll be your guide to create a simple, easy to follow and motivating workout you will love, and what will help you to reach your goal. And I'll be there to support you and encourage you at every step of the way.
Because once we find something that is fun and easy to do, you will want to repeat it. When you want to repeat it, then it becomes habit. And when it becomes habit then it is part of your lifestyle.
You’ll see, in no time you will gain confidence to apply everything you learnt.
