If you are experienced in the gym, or working out for some time already, familiar with the exercises and alignments, but you think you could benefit from a structured plan, personalised workout plans are for you!
You get all the benefits of a personal training session, but without a need for a personal trainer.
Each plan is designed with your goal in mind for an 8 week period with applied progressive overload to ensure you are closer to where you want to be.
Whether you want to work out in a gym or at home; using only your bodyweight or equipment available for you, we got your back!
All plans include:
- Free consultation,
- Exercise plan for 8 weeks (this will include sets, rest, tempo and rest periods for each exercise),
- Calorie target,
- Recommended weekly workout schedule;
All tied in with your goal we determine at your consultation.

Personal training session or a video walkthrough of the plan can be added at an additional £35 cost.
